ORA Temporarily Relocated

ORA will be temporarily moving to Room 0133 Cole Field House (previously OTC’s offices) while renovations are being completed on our current Lee Building space.  While we are moving we will have limited to no access to computers and files.  In order to ensure the return of endorsed proposals back to you or submitted to the sponsor before we move, we ask that you provide your proposals due during 7/18 through 7/19 to us no later than Friday July 12, 2013.  Proposals submitted later than 7/12/13 may run the risk of not being reviewed and approved through the University’s routing process by the sponsor’s deadline date.  Please share this information with your faculty and others who need to know within your departments.

*Starting Thursday July 18th,  all hard copy proposals should be delivered to 0133 Cole Field House, until further notice.*  We very much appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
