The Federal Government first issued the regulations at 2 CFR 200 - Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards - in December 2013. The Uniform Guidance was significantly revised by the Federal Government in November of 2020. It is important to understand how these changes may impact the administration of our sponsored programs. This session will highlight some of the most important updates. The presenters will provide you with a copy of the Federal Register with key clauses highlighted for your reference.
