This is ORA’s annual reminder regarding the University’s scheduled holiday closings and the need for timely proposal submissions. The University will be closed for the holidays, Thursday, November 24, 2011 and Friday, November 25, 2011; and from Monday, December 26, 2011 thru Monday, January 2, 2011. In order to ensure return of endorsed proposals back to you before the holiday breaks, the deadlines for proposal submissions to the Office of Research Administration are:

Any proposals which are submitted to ORA LATER than the above schedule may run the risk of not being reviewed and approved through the University’s routing process by the sponsor’s deadline date. Please share this information with faculty within your departments.
