This is ORA’s annual reminder regarding the University’s scheduled holiday closings and the need for timely proposal submissions. The University will be closed for the holidays from Monday December 24, 2018 through Tuesday January 1, 2019. In order to ensure submission of endorsed proposals to the sponsor before the holiday breaks, the deadlines for proposal submissions to the Office of Research Administration are:

Any proposals which are submitted to ORA LATER than the above schedule may run the risk of not being reviewed, approved and submitted through the University’s routing process by the sponsor’s deadline date.
