This is ORA’s annual reminder regarding the University’s scheduled holiday closings and the need for timely proposal submissions. The University will be closed for the holidays, Thursday, November 25, 2021 and Friday, November 26, 2021; and from Friday, December 24, 2021 through Friday December 31, 2021. In order to ensure submission of endorsed proposals to the sponsor before each holiday break, the deadlines for proposal submissions to the Office of Research Administration are:

Any proposals which are submitted to ORA LATER than the above schedule may run the risk of not being reviewed, approved and submitted through the University’s routing process by the sponsor’s deadline date. Please share this information with faculty and staff within your departments.
