Over the summer, the University increased the delegated procurement threshold for Federally funded procurements from $5,000 to $25,000. Kim Watson, Assistant Vice President for Procurement & Business Services, will join us to discuss how this change applies to the procurement of goods and services when using sponsored funds. Come learn how to effectively manage delegated procurements in KFS and Shell Shop.

Forecasting plays an important role in informing decisions that impact the management of a sponsored project. Forecasting is a function different and distinct from budgeting and reconciliation, which must also be completed.
