Registration is required to attend Certificate Program classes.
To register for the beginner track, click the Register Now link next to the semester in which you would like to take the classes. The beginner track is $350 and is limited to 25 participants. The beginner track is offered in the fall and in the spring.
To register for the advanced track, click the Register Now link next to the class you would like to attend. All classes are $35 and limited to 20-25 participants. Course modules will be offered at least once a year and may be taken in any order. Note that you must have completed a previous Certificate in Research Administration program to be eligible for advanced track classes.
Both beginner and advanced track registrations may be cancelled up until 48 hours before the class date (for beginner track, this is 48 hours before the first online class begins).If you are not able to attend class, you must cancel your registration by emailing certprog@umd.edu.
Please note, charges will still be incurred for those registrants who do not attend class and have forgotten to cancel their online registration with at least 48-hours advance notice
