Please use this form to initiate your NIH Commons Registration.
The University of Maryland's NIH Commons Administrator will create an account for you upon receipt of your registration information. Once the account has been created, you will receive an automatic email notification from NIH asking you to validate your account. Upon validation, it may take up to 2-3 business days to activate your account. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the NIH Commons Administrator at oraera@umd.edu.
If prompted, please use your valid University email account (directoryID@umd.edu) to access the Central Authentication Service (CAS) login page.
Then, login using your University Directory ID and password to view the form.
